Editorial Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2025

Applies to: All content and deliverables published on our website and provided to clients in the United States

Our editorial promise is simple: every article, guide, and custom deliverable we produce should be accurate, original, and useful for learning. This Policy explains the standards, workflows, and accountability measures that guide our work across the site and within client orders.

1) Mission & Values

  • Integrity. We support learning and proper citation. Deliverables are created for study/reference and must be used in line with academic policies.

  • Expertise. Content is written and/or reviewed by subject‑matter specialists with verifiable academic or professional backgrounds.

  • Evidence‑based argumentation. Claims are grounded in credible sources, with clear citations.

  • Clarity & accessibility. We aim for readable, structured writing with transparent sources and formatting.

  • Transparency. We describe our processes and correction practices publicly so readers and clients know what to expect.

2) Editorial Standards

2.1 Author & Editor Qualifications

Contributors must demonstrate (a) relevant degrees or equivalent professional experience, (b) familiarity with academic conventions, and (c) strong command of style and citation. Editors are responsible for enforcing this Policy and ensuring the right expertise is applied to each topic.

2.2 Research Ethics

We prohibit fabrication or falsification of data, misrepresentation of sources, and undisclosed conflicts of interest. Sensitive or personal data shared by clients is handled confidentially and used only to deliver the requested service.

2.3 Originality

All deliverables are created from scratch for the specified brief. We target <10% matched text (excluding quotations, titles, and references) on standard similarity tools. Close paraphrasing without attribution is not allowed. A similarity report is available on request for client orders.

2.4 Use of Generative AI

We may use trusted tools for grammar checks, outline scaffolding, or idea generation, but a qualified human writer produces and revises the final text. We do not ship output that relies on undisclosed automated content; human editors verify facts, citations, and tone before delivery.

3) Content Creation Workflow

  1. Intake. We collect your instructions, rubrics, and any required readings.

  2. Assignment. An editor matches the brief to an appropriate specialist.

  3. Outline/Plan. For larger or complex orders, we share an outline or research plan for feedback before drafting.

  4. Drafting & Evidence. Sources prioritize peer‑reviewed journals, reputable publishers, and primary documents (recent, or older when historically necessary).

  5. Quality Review. A senior editor checks structure, logic, and compliance with the brief and style guide.

  6. Similarity & Reference Scan. We run a similarity check and verify reference details.

  7. Delivery & Revisions. Final files are delivered in common formats (e.g., .docx, .pdf). Revisions follow the timelines in our Terms (generally 14 days from delivery; 30 days for 20+ pages; up to 3 rounds, scope-limited to the original brief).

4) Fact‑Checking & Source Verification

  • Triangulation. Key claims should be supported by two or more independent reputable sources when feasible.

  • Data validation. Statistics are traced to their origin (e.g., official datasets or peer‑reviewed studies). Where calculations are reproduced, we keep working notes.

  • Link hygiene. Public pages are periodically checked for broken or misleading links; outdated citations are updated during scheduled reviews.

5) Citation & Formatting

We follow client‑specified standards or the latest editions of APA 7, MLA 9, Chicago 17 (notes‑bibliography or author‑date), IEEE, Harvard, and OSCOLA. Citations must allow readers to locate the source unambiguously.

6) Conflicts of Interest

Contributors disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence objectivity. When a potential conflict is identified, we assign a neutral editor or decline the project.

7) Corrections, Updates & Editorial Notes

  • Minor fixes (typos, formatting, broken links) on public pages are corrected promptly.

  • Substantive corrections (errors in data, misattributed quotes, mischaracterized sources) trigger an internal review and a revised publication.

  • Public updates include an “Updated on” note summarizing what changed.

  • Client deliverables: if a material factual error is identified after delivery and within the revision window, we correct it at no cost.
When serious concerns arise, we may add a visible editorial note while we investigate and then issue a correction or retraction as appropriate.

8) User Feedback & Complaints

We welcome correction requests and quality feedback. Contact us via on‑site form or [email protected]. We acknowledge receipt within 1 business day and aim to resolve standard issues within 5 business days after investigation.

9) Transparency & Accountability

  • Writer profiles and areas of expertise are made available to help you choose the right specialist.

  • Process visibility: this Policy, our Terms, and Privacy Notice are linked in the footer.

  • Originality assurance: similarity scans and citation checks are part of our workflow; reports are available on request.

10) Accessibility & Inclusive Language

We strive to use inclusive, respectful language and provide accessible formats on request. Tell us about your accessibility needs, and we will accommodate reasonable requests.
